Apprenticeship Course $75 Cast Member fee per production (only $25 a month!) This course offers participants a unique opportunity to delve deeper into the theory behind acting, singing, and dancing in a theatrical production. This provides valuable hands-on experience and provides an educational community. *Participants will each be assigned a Named (main) or Supporting (ensemble) role in a production after they audition. |
Crew Member
Apprenticeship Course $45 Crew Member fee per production (only $15 a month!) These courses offer participants a unique opportunity to delve deeper into the various departments of stagecraft in a theatrical production. This provides valuable hands-on experience and provides an educational community. *Crew Apprentices may choose one (1) of the following:

All Course Enrollment fees will be used to support each production to cover individual expenses such as personalized costumes, makeup, and catered meals during tech week. These courses will help encourage growth in essential life skills such as confidence, awareness, leadership, and responsibility. Please read more about our vision below. One or Both courses may be enrolled per participant per production. Family & Multi-Course discounts are available!
No performer will ever be denied a role based on financial participation. This is not mandatory to participate in the show!

OKR I: Inspire Learning & Skill Development
Implement a comprehensive training program for the cast and crew, covering musical context, musical techniques, and stagecraft skills.
1.1 Initiative: Conduct rehearsals dedicated to exploring historical context and character psychology.
1.2 Initiative: Conduct rehearsals focused on learning musical techniques.
1.3 Initiative: Conduct rehearsals to visualize stagecraft skills.
OKR II: Foster Creativity & Critical Thinking
Unleash creativity within the team, resulting in tangible improvements to the production through implemented artistic contributions.
2.1 Initiative: Encourage creative input from cast and crew members during rehearsals, resulting in at least three significant artistic enhancements to the production.
OKR III: Create a Warm, Inclusive Community
Cultivate a warm and inclusive community by successfully implementing a mentorship program, hosting community events, and ensuring accessibility, fostering positive relationships and engagement among cast, crew, and the broader community.
3.1 Initiative: Establish a non-discrimination clause for all cast, crew, production team, or sponsor members.
3.2 Initiative: Establish a mentorship program within the cast and crew to foster relationships and support newcomers.

- Engage cast and crew in interactive activities to deepen their understanding of the context at hand.
1.2 Initiative: Conduct rehearsals focused on learning musical techniques.
- Provide training on reading sheet music, understanding musical notation, and vocal movements.
- Encourage hands-on practice to reinforce learning and further understanding.
1.3 Initiative: Conduct rehearsals to visualize stagecraft skills.
- Demonstrate techniques for set pieces and different stagecraft elements such as curtains, props, sound, and lighting.
- Brainstorm exciting new and original costumes based on the time era.
OKR II: Foster Creativity & Critical Thinking
Unleash creativity within the team, resulting in tangible improvements to the production through implemented artistic contributions.
2.1 Initiative: Encourage creative input from cast and crew members during rehearsals, resulting in at least three significant artistic enhancements to the production.
- Allocate dedicated time for open discussions on artistic ideas.
- Encourage the team to share creative insights related to characters, scenes, or musical arrangements.
- Establish an acknowledge system to reward the top three artistic enhancements suggested by the team.
OKR III: Create a Warm, Inclusive Community
Cultivate a warm and inclusive community by successfully implementing a mentorship program, hosting community events, and ensuring accessibility, fostering positive relationships and engagement among cast, crew, and the broader community.
3.1 Initiative: Establish a non-discrimination clause for all cast, crew, production team, or sponsor members.
- Protected statuses: race, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, and age.
3.2 Initiative: Establish a mentorship program within the cast and crew to foster relationships and support newcomers.
- Pair individuals based on skills, roles, or interests to ensure effective mentorship throughout the production.
- Provide guidelines for guidance and support for both mentors and mentees throughout the production.
